Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our Discord server, using the dashboard, interacting with Bot 1 or Bot 2, or making any purchase, you agree to the following:

• These Terms of Service
• The Privacy Policy
• The Refund Policy
• The Buyer Protection Policy
• The Seller Agreement

If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Follow Discord’s Terms of Service
• Provide accurate information
• Not use the platform for illegal activity

We may remove or ban users at any time for violating rules or posing a risk to the community.

3. Marketplace Role Definitions

3.1 Buyers

Buyers may purchase digital items, services, or accounts from verified sellers. Buyers may optionally subscribe to the Premium Buyer Membership.

3.2 Sellers

Sellers must complete verification and may be required to pay a Seller Subscription to list items. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and delivery of their listings.

3.3 Staff

Staff members enforce rules, review disputes, and maintain platform safety. Staff decisions are final.

4. Payments & Fees

4.1 Buyer Protection Fee ($1.49)

A $1.49 fee is charged per transaction to activate Buyer Protection. This fee is non‑refundable.

4.2 Seller Subscriptions

Sellers may be required to pay monthly subscription fees to access listing features. Subscription fees are non‑refundable once activated.

4.3 Premium Buyer Membership ($3.99/month)

Premium buyers receive additional perks. Membership fees are non‑refundable once activated.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds follow the official Refund Policy. Payments under $5.00 are not refundable.

4.5 Third‑Party Payment Processors

All payments are processed through third‑party services such as Stripe or Whop. We do not store payment information and are not responsible for processor outages or delays.

5. Listings & Transactions

5.1 Seller Responsibilities

• Provide accurate descriptions
• Deliver items as promised
• Avoid scams or misleading information
• Respond to disputes when requested

5.2 Buyer Responsibilities

• Read listings carefully
• Provide valid evidence in disputes
• Avoid false claims or chargebacks

5.3 Bot‑Posted Listings

All listings posted by Bot 1 are based on seller input. We are not responsible for seller content.

5.4 Digital Goods

All items sold on the platform are digital. Buyers acknowledge that digital goods cannot be “returned” once delivered.

6. Disputes

6.1 Dispute Process

Disputes must be opened through Bot 2 or the dashboard. Buyers must provide:

• Screenshots
• Proof of payment
• Proof of non‑delivery

6.2 Final Decisions

All dispute decisions made by staff are final.

6.3 Chargeback Abuse

Filing false chargebacks will result in permanent ban, blacklist, and loss of Buyer Protection.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Scam or attempt to scam
• Sell illegal items
• Sell stolen accounts
• Impersonate staff
• Spam listings
• Exploit bots or systems
• Attempt to bypass verification
• Harass or threaten others

Violations may result in immediate removal.

8. Platform Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any listing
• Ban any user
• Modify rules at any time
• Update fees or subscriptions
• Suspend services for maintenance
• Terminate accounts for safety reasons

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Losses caused by user behavior
• Seller mistakes
• Buyer mistakes
• Misunderstandings between users
• Digital item issues
• Downtime or bot outages

You use the platform at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
